The  musical  re-encounter of the Ferrer brothers

took place  at  Havana´s  Casa  del  Habano  on

August 2007. After years  without  coinciding  on

on  stage,  this  moment  was  long  awaited  by 

many!. Néstor  del  Prado  on  bass and Harold

López-Nussa  on  the   electric   piano,   joined

Elmer   and   Kiki   Ferrer.   One  of   the   most

memorable and emotive EFB Jam session at Casa

del Habano!.

One year before, it was an "accident" when Elmer and Chris first  met in Ottawa, and Chris invited Elmer to join him on stage, in what for  many  music  lovers  resulted  in  being "the show of the  festival"  (see pictures). Now in 2007, the  Elmer Ferrer guesting with Chris Duarte Group  show  was  oficially  programmed  to happen at Bluesfest on July 11.

Elmer Ferrer Band concert on July 4 at the Ottawa  Bluesfest.  35 000 music  lovers  joined the EFB on the festival´s   biggest  opening  night!.

The  EFB  was happy to invite some  of the talented musicians friends   from the city on stage to jam.
